Hi, I'm Jesse. I've been building websites since I was twelve, first as fan pages for the Vancouver Canucks and The Simpsons, then branded sites for my puzzle book series and syndicated Puzzling Sports newspaper column.
A good website isn't really about the code. It's about understanding the person behind the business, what makes them unique and successful, and how they want to show up in the world. That's the part I care about most. I have a degree in psychology, co-ran a publishing company, published twelve puzzle books, and worked for years as a project manager with a high-end real estate marketing business. Along the way, I've seen what it takes to bring an independent business into the world and keep it moving.
After building sites for friends, I noticed the same problem come up again and again: talented business owners don't always have the time or tools to build a site themselves. That's where I come in.
